  • Construct and manage your multi-case architecture within the NexLynk platform.

  • Facilitate the scheduling and coordination of appointments with medical, housing, or legal experts.

  • Deliver automated Next-Step Action prompts, SMS updates, and email notifications regarding your case status.

  • Process internal case management. Note: NexLynk utilizes secure, enterprise-grade artificial intelligence (AI) transcription services to convert our Success Advocates' dictated field notes into text for accurate, time-stamped case documentation.

 

3. How We Share Your Information
NexLynk Solutions acts as your liaison; therefore, sharing your information with specific external entities is a necessary function of our advocacy. We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third-party marketers.

 

We may share your data with:

  • Governing Agencies: Federal and state entities (e.g., OWCP, Social Security Administration, VA) as required to file, update, or appeal your benefit claims.

  • The Expert Network: Specialized physicians, legal advisors, and housing coordinators. We only share the specific documents necessary for your scheduled appointments and only under your authorized Release of Information (ROI).

  • Role-Based Compartmentalization: Access to your data is strictly limited. Only your assigned Success Advocate and our Executive Leads have authorization to view your full case files and Document Vault.

You maintain control over your personal information. Within the limits of federal record-keeping requirements, you have the right to:

  • Access and review the documents and milestones housed within your Client Portal.

  • Update or correct inaccurate contact information via your Success Advocate.

  • Request the archiving or permanent deletion of your profile and associated documents upon the closure of your case or termination of our services.
