These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NexLynk Solutions website, client portal, and related administrative and liaison services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing our platform or retaining our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Nature of Services & Important Disclaimers
NexLynk Solutions operates exclusively as an administrative project manager, master liaison, and concierge navigator for federal and non-federal benefit claims (including but not limited to OWCP, retirement, and Social Security).

1.1 Not Legal Representation: NexLynk Solutions is not a law firm. Our Success Advocates and Executive Leads are not attorneys. We do not provide legal advice, legal opinions, or legal representation. No attorney-client relationship is formed through the use of our Services.
1.2 Not Medical Providers: We do not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment.
1.3 No Guarantee of Outcomes: While we operate with institutional precision to manage your case, the final approval, denial, or financial determination of any claim rests entirely with the respective federal, state, or private governing agency. NexLynk Solutions does not guarantee any specific outcome or financial award.

 

2. Client Responsibilities
To ensure relentless advocacy and seamless case management, clients agree to:

• Provide Absolute Clarity: Supply accurate, complete, and timely information regarding injuries, employment history, and medical records.

• Sign Authorizations: Execute necessary Release of Information (ROI) and HIPAA compliance forms to allow NexLynk to coordinate with medical providers, legal experts, and government agencies on your behalf.

• Maintain Communication: Promptly respond to Next-Step Action prompts within the Client Portal and attend all scheduled appointments. Failure to cooperate may result in stalled claims or the suspension of our Services.

 

3. Absolute Discretion & Portal Security
Confidentiality is a core pillar of NexLynk Solutions. We employ secure, encrypted systems to manage your sensitive documentation.

• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Client Portal login credentials. You must immediately notify your Success Advocate of any unauthorized use of your account.

• Document Vault: Documents uploaded to the portal are maintained strictly for case management purposes. NexLynk reserves the right to archive or permanently delete files according to our internal data retention policies and applicable federal guidelines.

 

4. Third-Party Experts & Vendors
NexLynk Solutions frequently coordinates with external professionals, including specialized physicians, legal advisors, and housing coordinators ("Expert Network").

• We act solely as a liaison to facilitate these appointments and document transfers.

• NexLynk Solutions is not liable for the independent actions, advice, malpractice, or omissions of any third-party professional within the Expert Network.

 

5. Financial Terms
Fees for NexLynk Solutions' navigation and liaison services are outlined in your individual Client Onboarding Agreement.

• Unless otherwise specified, administrative liaison fees are separate from any medical billing, legal fees, or federal agency processing fees.

• Failure to meet payment obligations may result in the suspension of portal access and active case management.

 

6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NexLynk Solutions, its founders, agents, and Success Advocates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of potential benefits, loss of income, or emotional distress, arising out of your use of the Services or the decisions made by governing agencies regarding your claims.

 

7. Termination of Services
NexLynk Solutions reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Client Portal and cease administrative services at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent behavior, or exhibit abusive conduct toward any Success Advocate or staff member.

 

8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Broward County, Florida.

9. Modifications to Terms
NexLynk Solutions reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our operational architecture or federal compliance requirements. We will notify active clients of material changes via the Client Portal or email. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
